Mandalynn is 14 and
an actress, singer, stand-up comedian and radio personality. Formerly from Detroit, this tomboy teen now resides in Los Angeles with her parents and black lab Deli. She has performed her sassy stand-up five times at the world famous Hollywood Improv. Each Saturday morning, she talks to a teen audience worldwide on the number one teen internet radio show on UBN network called BEYOND THE SPOTLIGHT. A survivor of being bullied, she is an outspoken advocate, promoting anti-bullying education and is currently on a tour of Southern California schools.
She was the series
lead in the BRENDA FOREVER, a 2013 NBC pilot. She was seen
in a guest star role of ANNIE STANNER in SCANDAL on
ABC and in a co-star role on CSI:NY as KELLY
DUPARS on CBS. Mandalynn was also cast as a recurring character on
the pilot TOTALLY! She has two feature films coming out later this year.
Mandalynn is SUMMER DEAN, the starring role in A HORSE
FOR SUMMER with Dean Cain -- her second project with Dean -- the first
one called HOLIDAY MIRACLE, where she was a lead
character as Dean’s daughter KARA LANGSTON. Mandalynn’s first feature,
directed by Marc Forester of Monster Ball fame, was a supporting role with
Gerard Butler, Michelle Mongahan and Michael Shannon in the emotional
film, MACHINE GUN PREACHER. Mandalynn also starred as
ANNIE BAXTER in THE DEAD KID, which tells a bullying story from her
perspective. The film is currently in film festivals worldwide. She has just
been cast in a supporting role of TIFFANY in DEADLY
SANCTUARY.
She has also recently been nominated for “BEST PERFORMANCE IN A TV SERIES” from the Young Artist Awards for her role in an episode from last season’s “SCANDAL.” youngartistawards.org/noms35
