Identical Twins Chelsea & Brooke Noriega on #TheSashaMarinaShow!

Chelsea Summer's entertainment passion began when she first entered the theatrical world of stage musicals. Beginning with a small role as a “Newsie” in a local community show "Disney Musical Spectacular”, Chelsea began the exciting journey into her entertainment career. With roles in such productions as: “Hairspray”, “Tom Sawyer”, “Alice In Wonderland”, “Les Miserables”, “Annie”, and “The King & I”, one role led to the next, from ensemble to supporting lead, to lead roles. Soon after, her progress moved to commercials, television and film.

The year 2012 marked her first Principle booking in a commercial for Sprint (along with her identical twin, Brooke Star).  In recent years on television, she has played various roles on Disney’s “Ant Farm” and “Jessie”, CBS’s “Bad Teacher”, NBC’s “Parenthood”, ABC’s “The Fosters” and “The Middle”, as well as Fox’s “New Girl”. All the while, Chelsea continued to work hard building her skills to compete for principal roles.

In 2013, she starred as Lauren in a short film entitled “A Better Place”, directed by Javi Joseph, which went on to win first place at the Caddie Short Film Festival at La Sierra University (California), and due to the films success, Chelsea was featured in print on a major freeway billboard in Los Angeles, CA.

This year (2014) marks Chelsea’s largest leveling up in her profession when she guest starred as "Piper" on the Emmy Award winning show "Modern Family" (which first aired in January, episode entitled “Under Pressure”). Her identical twin, Brooke Star also guest starred in that episode playing the role of Zoe. Both girls had fun working with the two principal young men in the show (Rico Rodriquez & Nolan Gould) as their “twin girl school dates”.

At the age of 14, Chelsea is professionally trained in music (piano, guitar and drums), vocals (Pop/Rock), dance (Hip Hop/Jazz), and comedy improvisation. Her current favorite hobbies and training is in archery and gymnastics, fueled by watching "The Hunger Games" and the hope of working on a future similar project.

Brooke Star loves a good challenge! She is dedicated to her training in whatever skill she is trying to achieve. Her passion is music and dance, both of which she does very well! Starting with piano lessons and moving on to school band, Brooke is learning to play fourteen different wind, string and percussion instruments ranging from Piano, Keyboards, Bass Clarinet, Clarinet, Flute, Alto Saxophone, Soprano Saxophone, Guitar, Drums, Ukulele, Chimes, Tambourine, Shakers, Recorder fueled by her desire to receive a law and/or entertainment scholarship to Harvard!

At the age of 14, Brooke is a trained Composer/Songwriter currently working in the recording studio with her identical twin sister, Chelsea Summer on their first original single entitled, “You Let Me Fall”, scheduled for release later this year.

The year 2012 marked Brooke's first Principal booking for a Sprint commercial (along with her identical twin sister, Chelsea Summer) and a Guest Star role as "Jamie Graham" in "Evil Deeds" (Crime Drama).

In 2013, she starred as Cassie in a short film entitled “A Better Place”, directed by Javi Joseph, which went on to win first place at the Caddie Short Film Festival at La Sierra University. She also worked directly with Danny Trejo as the young girl Olivia in the feature film “Beyond Justice”.

However, Brooke’s biggest television break came when she recently guest starred as Zoe on the Emmy Award winning show "Modern Family" on January 15, 2014. Her twin sister, Chelsea Summer, also guest starred with her in the same episode (“Under Pressure”) as Piper. Both girls had fun working with the two principal young men in the show (Rico Rodriquez & Nolan Gould) as their “twin girl school dates”.

In January 2012 Drupy was named as one of Nashville’s Hottest of 2011 being featured on Concrete Magazine’s/ IUM project by the same name and appearing at the Bonnaroo Music Festival. Soon after he followed the accomplishment with the announcement of the album Fli Musik 2: Pop World produced by Kyle Lampi (Enjoy the Zoo), Ducko McFli (Trinidad James), SykSynse (Wale, Meek Mill, DJ Drama, Drake) and Boy Genius (Chancellor Warhol).The album release show was held at legendary Mercy Lounge, headlined by the artist himself and featured Nashville’s hottest MC Chancellor Warhol and pop-upstart Beta Pop among others. He also headlined the popular Nashville event, Y2K, twice, over popular acts Case and Coach and Treekeeper (EDM). He formed the band Purple Noon w/ Wild Minds and former Pink Spyders drummer Bob Ferrari and performed on the Hard Rock Café associated international internet TV show, Balcony TV. The producers of that show invited Drupy to meet producers Sean Giovonni and Peter Keys (Keyboardist/producer for Rock Hall of Fame legendary southern band Lynyrd Skynyrd) in the stdio. After hearing the album the producers signed on to executive produce Drupy’s follow-upfull-length project, FM3: The End of Dayz, scheduled for a fall 2013 release.

Always staying busy, Drupy was booked as a performer at this year’s Industry Mixer/Showcase held by Concrete Magazine and featured top rap DJ, DJ Smallz. Smallz signed onto host the new mixtape project and hit he studio to preview upcoming tracks off the record. In 2013 Drupy expanded the Fli Musik Group label by adding in-house DJ and A&R, DJ Cevan and legend in the making female MC, Tanya Ali. Drupy received an MTV profile and will have all video content supported by the network independently, while simultaneously brokering a sponsorship deal with performance right org, SESAC to headline the artist first national tour. The seven city college tour called The Fli Gang tour will feature supporting acts like Tanya Ali, Fyutch and Kaby as well as other up-and-coming acts. This year Drupy Fli Musik received two Nashville Independent Music Award nominations, Best Rap/Hip-Hop performer and Hip-hop/Rap Artist of the Year (alongside Chancellor Warhol, Starlito and Fluid Outrage).

The beginning of 2014 has shaped up to be a great start to the year. Drupy released his long unreleased Kanye West collaboration, introduced the world to the Fli Gang Collective by releasing the crew’s first single “YSL” featuring G-Side front man ST 2 Lettaz. He performed alongside ATL newcomer ScottyATL for the buding artist Tour and defended his title as the Illest In the Ville alongside artist like Classic Williams and Mello Rello. Filmmaker Nicholas Gyeney (@MirrorImages) speaks about his recent Film on #TheSashaMarinaShow!

Nicholas is a Director & Screenwriter from Seattle, Washington to Hungarian parents on July 15th, 1986. Since childhood, Nicholas avidly immersed himself in the world of motion pictures with the indelible influence of his father, Örs Gyeney. Every weekend, Örs would sit down with Nicholas to show him new films like Star Wars, The Terminator series, and the adventures of James Bond. Sadly, the tradition ended in 1998 when Nicholas’ father died tragically. Fueled by his loss, Nicholas started diving deeper into movies than ever before and soon discovered his calling as a filmmaker.
Throughout high school, Nicholas completed numerous short films, with most continuing on to win best picture and best director awards from his school’s film department. At the age of 17, Nicholas wrote and directed his first feature-length student film, which he submitted to the University of Southern California in hopes of being accepted into their prestigious film program. To his surprise and elation, he was not only accepted but granted a full-ride scholarship.
At age 20, while continuing his studies at the USC Film School, Nicholas began work on his first independent film, an ultra-low budget schlock thriller called “The Falling.” The film premiered in Seattle on December 21, 2006 to a crowd of 600 people who gathered to witness the local filmmaker’s artistic endeavor. Shortly after, the film found distribution and began paving the road for Nicholas to establish relationships with many of the industry’s most successful professionals.
In 2008, with USC and his first feature behind him, and after three years developing and sharpening his abilities as a filmmaker, Nicholas wrote, produced, and directed his 2nd feature and first theatrically released film, “The Penitent Man,” which has been highly acclaimed for its unique structure and style. “The Penitent Man” stars Lance Henriksen (Aliens, The Terminator, Millennium), and Andrew Keegan (10 Things I Hate About You), and is available on Netflix, iTunes, Amazon, and other digital platforms.
Nicholas directed his third feature, a dark comedy called, “Matt’s Chance” starring Edward Furlong, Lee Majors, Margot Kidder, and Gary Busey. After a successful film festival tour that garnered critical acclaim and several awards for best picture, acting, and original score, “Matt’s Chance” is now on its way to worldwide release.
As Nicholas prepares his next directorial effort in the coming months, he is quickly establishing himself as one of the top filmmakers in the Northwest.

Filmmaker Chassidy Jade speaks about her Film @_BrownBallerina on #TheSashaMarinaShow!

The BROWN BALLERINA MOVEMENT is the brainchild of Chassidy Jade, CEO and founder of Crown Me Royal Labs. It's foundation - a short film entitled BROWN BALLERINA is the dynamic movie and epicenter of Jade's creative vision.

The filmmaker's mission is to defy stereotypes one plié at a time! Touching on issues of race, politics and social class BROWN BALLERINA explores the full spectrum of ballet, giving viewers a glimpse into a world that before now was inaccessible.

The filmmaker believes that viewers will be inspired by the story's universal messages of self-love and power found in defining one's personal path. More than a movie, BROWN BALLERINA is a movement, with a fast growing national fan base.

The film's lead, Maryann Payne brings BROWN BALLERINA to life. With over a decade

of experience, the dancer and actress received her primary training at Lulu Ballet in Los

Angeles as well as Boynton Beach's Southern Dance Theatre. Payne went on to attend

Dreyfoos School of the Performing Arts in West Palm Beach as well as the New World School of the Arts in Miami Beach. Years of dedication translated into irrefutable skill, earning the ballerina a scholarship to the Alvin Ailey Summer Intensive Program. Payne has also trained at the iconic Dance Theatre of Harlem and has been a featured dancer for Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines.

By the age of 3, BROWN BALLERINA'S lead choreographer, Shanna Woods was already in love with dance. She has trained with the Alvin Ailey Summer Intensive Program and danced with Chicago's Deeply Rooted Dance Theatre. Currently a principle dancer at Cleo Park Dance Theatre in Denver, Woods credits dance with allowing her to see the world. She has performed in New York, New Zealand and countless places in between.

Filmmaker, Chassidy Jade believes that in addition to inspiring audiences to remain both physically and mentally fit, the BROWN BALLERINA MOVEMENT will encourage its followers to embrace their authentic selves. To quote Jade, "We're taught to relate, not to think for ourselves so that it's easy to find comfort in boxes that fit a specific character. Once you step outside that character, you become human."

PALO! began in 2003 when Steve Roitstein invited his fellow musicians to join him in an improvised musical experiment combining Cuban music with funk beats. The band immediately became a featured act in Miami’s premiere live music venues, concerts, festivals and events. The winner of Miami New Times’ BEST LATIN BAND 2014, PALO! has performed for packed houses in Boston, Chicago, and New York.

PALO! performs their own brand of music they call “Afro-Cuban Funk”. Just think “jazzed-up salsa”, or better yet, listen to some of their music. The group’s unique, danceable sound blends the allure of Cuban music with funky beats and jazzy improvisation.

Carl Lindbergh attended California State University Long Beach and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in film production in 2000. Shortly after graduation, Lindbergh formed his first production company, ANOC productions i.e. A NO ONE CARES PRODUCTIONS. The company would primarily focus on the funding and production of his feature films.

Synopsis
The adventures of Joe and Bunnyman know no limit of bloodlust and carnage. Bodies pile up as Bunnyman indiscriminately slaughters anything that crosses his path in a mutually beneficial relationship that gives Joe plenty of beef jerky to sell in his local store.

About the Film
The Bunny Man character was inspired by the true story of an axe-wielding man in a bunny suit who terrorized residents of Fairfax County, Virginia in 1970.  Going wild with that inspiration, writer/director Carl Lindbergh and his company ANOC Productions created and released Bunnyman in 2011.  Despite mixed reviews, the film gained a sizable following and has been known to play back-to-back on the cable TV channel Chiller.
 

Bunnyman Massacre was completed in 2013 and it's obvious that the ANOC Productions crew took notes from the response to the first film -- This one is leaps and bounds (pun intended) ahead of the original in all aspects from the visual quality to the acting, direction, story, and horror elements.  Bunnyman Massacre premiered on Chiller over Easter weekend this year.
 
If you like your horror served with heaps of gore, lots of kills, memorable characters, and dashes of nudity, humor and general offensiveness, this film is certainly for you.  And with a third installment in production, Carl Lindbergh's bloody and furry creation is on track for true horror franchise status.
 
"Inspired by the fans requests, Bunnyman 2 aka The Bunnyman Massacre was born," explains Lindbergh. "With Bunnyman 2 we were able to realize the potential of Bunnyman 1, and at the same time create a franchise that will continue with Bunnyman 3 (which is currently in production.) What I appreciate with The Bunnyman Massacre is that we were able to make a film that really stands apart from all the countless slasher films, and deliver a film that is very unique."

Midnight Releasing is set to unleash the demented Bunnyman Massacre this August on DVD and VOD across North America.  Also known as "Bunnyman 2", the film is a drastically improved sequel to the 2011 cult hit Bunnyman which gained notoriety from a huge amount of press, as well as being in heavy rotation on the cable TV channel CHILLER.  Availability information is forthcoming.

International Actor, Art Bonilla on #TheSashaMarinaShow!

Art Bonilla is an actor known for Coneheads (1993),Underclassman (2005) and Ruthless People (1986) & his latest Short, "Contrapelo," where he plays a proud Mexican barber who is forced to shave the leader of a drug cartel. As he faces the man who is destroying his country, he is confronted by a difficult decision: to become a killer, or to let this man continue to kill. By the end of the shave, the Barber will find out that he and the Capo are not very different. Contrapelo premiered its Festival run with The 2014 Tribeca Film Festival, where Oscar winning Dir. Ang Lee congragulated producer Pin-Chun Liu on doing a great job on the film.
