Self-Started Hip Hop Musician @JaeMac_FLG on #TheSashaMarinaShow!

Emanating from San Francisco, Jae Mac is a 26-year-old that can be conveyed as self-starting, conversant hip-hop musician. Jae Mac aspires to bring the west coast back to the attention of the industry as it once was in the early 90's.  He has worked with producer Dame Grease as well as Mazardi Fox, King Sons,Tswagg, K.Michelle and a few more industry heavy hitters.

Jae Mac released his mixtape “Mac City” in March of 2014, and later released the hot follow-up mixtape “Gas Leak” Jae Mac & Timbo in April of this year, hosted by DJ J-Spin. Jae is embedding his signature in the music industry with his traverse melodic personality. He will be the face for the neoteric hair care line “ESSENCE for Dreadlocks, while plans to acquire other endorsements.

Outside of his stage persona Jae Mac is a down-to-earth, true-to-the-streets guy who is extremely quiet and enjoys simple pleasures - like roller-blading in his free time. This pales in comparison to his charismatic, high-energy stage presence. All of his fans agree that he is "A Beast” on the mic!

This young man is a prime example of looks can be deceiving. His hit song, “ON MY VIBE” has opened up many doors for Jae Mac. He is currently in negotiations with several labels to date. Jae Mac has worked with producer Dame Grease as well as Mazardi Fox, King Sons, Tswagg, Atlantic Records Recording Artist K. Michelle, and a few more industry heavy hitters.  Jae Mac’s simple philosophy to his music hustle “No Grind No Shine.”

He formed the band Purple Noon w/ Wild Minds and former Pink Spyders drummer Bob Ferrari and performed on the Hard Rock CafĂ© associated international internet TV show, Balcony TV. The producers of that show invited Drupy to meet producers Sean Giovonni and Peter Keys (Keyboardist/producer for Rock Hall of Fame legendary southern band Lynyrd Skynyrd) in the stdio. After hearing the album the producers signed on to executive produce Drupy’s follow-upfull-length project, FM3: The End of Dayz, scheduled for a fall 2013 release.

Always staying busy, Drupy was booked as a performer at this year’s Industry Mixer/Showcase held by Concrete Magazine and featured top rap DJ, DJ Smallz. In 2013 Drupy expanded the Fli Musik Group label by adding in-house DJ and A&R, DJ Cevan and legend in the making female MC, Tanya Ali. This year Drupy Fli Musik received two Nashville Independent Music Award nominations, Best Rap/Hip-Hop performer and Hip-hop/Rap Artist of the Year (alongside Chancellor Warhol, Starlito and Fluid Outrage).

The beginning of 2014 has shaped up to be a great start to the year. Drupy released his long unreleased Kanye West collaboration, introduced the world to the Fli Gang Collective by releasing the crew’s first single “YSL” featuring G-Side front man ST 2 Lettaz. He performed alongside ATL newcomer ScottyATL for the buding artist Tour and defended his title as the Illest In the Ville alongside artist like Classic Williams and Mello Rello. Interview with Underground Rap Legend @SonnySpoon3000 on #TheSashaMarinaShow!

Georgia rap legend Sonny Spoon is an extremely diverse artist with many talents. Born and raised in the city of Macon, Sonny Spoon has worked diligently to make a name for himself and put his city onthe map. His career began at the tender age of 14 when he started performing at local talent shows and gaining the confidence of his peers and elders as a creative story teller through music. His lyrics reflect the pain of young black males being raised in the deep south and the trials they endure while seeking to maintain a positive perspective and become successful. No stranger to the streets, Sonny’s music truly imitates the life he lives.
As an independent artist Sonny has recorded a total of nine albums and has collaborated with hip hop heavy weights such as T.I., Cee-lo Green, Field Mob, 8-Ball & MJG, Bun-B and Young Jeezy. He is also globally known for his hit single "The Dirty Bird," written for the Atlanta Falcons during their Super Bowl run in 1998. His new album Back to Work was released in 2011.
Sonny Spoon was well on his way to stardom when his career was suddenly derailed because of his incarceration for narcotics and weapons possession in 2003. Upon his release from the federal prison system, Sonny Spoon has been on a mission to ensure that other young people are aware of the consequences of bad decision making. He has worked diligently with public schools, non-profit organizations and many independent agencies that would allow him to share his testimony as a deterrent for at risk youth.

Interview w/ Recording Artist @RellyBonSnow #TheSashaMarinaShow #BlogTalkRadio

Relly Snow is a recording artist from Manhattan New York City. Growing up in the projects across the street from Lincoln Center, Relly was painfully aware of the wealth he was so close to, but did not have. He started writing at the age of 13, after discovering music through friends of his father and older family members.

Relly credits a blind guitar player with teaching him to write, and his croon poetic is a reflection of the dusty corners of his mind and self-proclaimed wasted youth. Relly's eccentric imagination and unique word plays create a flow that is cinematic and sure to entertain. His musical influences include Outkast, Pharrell, Kanye West and Big L. Relly's upcoming debut album "No Nothing, No Vacation" promises highly diversified production and lyrical content, uncharacteristic of his New York contemporaries.

Young Indiana Rapper @KiddDash260

Kidd Dash comes from a small town, so the support wasn't always there. He experienced a lot of negativity. Then he began recording daily, hours upon hours he began to realize this was something he enjoyed more than just a hobby, and that's when the roller coaster ride began.

With a kid on the way at only the age of 20, he had to get a full time job and move out on his own. Supporting his son and girlfriend, he worked full time, made time for family, and time for his music. Investing into his own home studio, he took his music to the next level. As he progressed in quality, he started getting noticed and ended up creating "Killer Gang Music Group" with Fort Wayne artist Marquet "Quet" Wilson. The two meshed very well and formed a loyal group.

Then, Kidd, came up with his next single "Novembers Coldest" which instantly began the talks. Knowing this song could create a movement, he contacted King-D and Fort Wayne's own sensation Nyzzy Nyce. Linking up with Miles Meyer for the music video, the four artist created a song and video that just about nobody could ignore. After a short while Kidd Dash had started a movement, hope, and a reason for kids to believe in chasing a dream. Going from just a regular "nobody" into an icon that kids are believing in. Team Dash is spreading through the MidWest and Kidd Dash is giving people hope, a reason, to believe.

The objection with this project is to expand his fan-base. Soon Kidd Dash wants to be able to spend more time in the studio, record another video, book a collaboration with a major artist, and to take the Kidd Dash brand to a more national level. Kidd Dash is supporting his family and has been supporting this dream and now that he knows he is not alone, he wants to invite others to help and become an integral part of this dream.

November's Coldest

"Kidd Dash has started a movement, hope, and a reason for kids to believe in chasing a dream. This will make it even more possible."

Rapper Nick London taking over! @NickLondonTV

Like many of his peers, Nick London began working on his craft at a very young age: spitting lines, shaping his bars, and winning battles in public parks and school hallways, and releasing his first mixtape before he even got out of high school. But unlike many of his peers, the 22-year-old London has already taken his music to the world stage, going on tour in Brazil for this year's Carnaval, as well as playing shows around the States with artists like Big K.R.I.T, Juicy J, Chevy Woods, Smoke DZA, and Cyhi The Prynce. He's from Miami, born and bred, and his experiences living there shine through in the content of his lyrics as well as his rhythmic flow and infectious hooks.

Case in point? "Molly Water" - an explosive track that lit up the hip hop blogosphere when it was released earlier this year ahead of Nick London's first EP London's Game. That EP was also well received, and is now available on just about ever major music platform on the net. London has already worked with producers such as The R.E.G.I.M.E. and the Grammy-award winning Infamous, but this star will only continue to rise from here.
